Praise the Lord for the Good News from
the Graveyard. "Why do you seek the Living among the dead? He is not here, He
is Risen." The Lord blessed us with His presence and His Joy throughout this
glorious day. I woke up this morning at 3 AM. The moon was shining with
greater brilliance in welcoming the Risen Lord. The birds began singing early,
welcoming the Risen Lord. Even the grass sang and the earth rejoiced at the
sight of the Risen and conquering Son. We gathered for worship at 6:30 for the
Sunrise Service and at 8:30, 9:30 and 11:00 AM for Easter and Resurrection
celebration. What a way to live and what a way to welcome the Risen Savior.
What a way to declare, "Christ Is Risen, He is Risen Indeed". My Lord, what a
morning!
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ! In his great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the
dead, and into an
inheritance that can never perish, spoil or
fade--kept in heaven for you." 1 Peter
1:3-4
"Now let the
heavens be joyful,
Let earth her song begin:
Let the round world keep triumph,
And all that is therein;
Invisible and visible,
Their notes let all things blend,
For Christ the Lord is risen
Our joy that hath no end ". Saint John of Damascus
